Reporting and Removal Procedures

  • It is often more effective to contact the Client Site directly, as removal at the source ensures it is no longer visible on our platform.
  • Alternatively, email us at privacy@freeviewporn.com with:
    • The URLs or links associated with the thumbnail or textual description leading to an external page where your personal data is displayed.
    • A clear request for removal of the hyperlink and any related thumbnail or textual reference.

We will:

  • Forward requests involving Client-linked thumbnails to the respective Client for resolution.
  • Handle requests unrelated to Client-linked content within 30 days of receipt.

Procedure 2: Reporting Violations of Acceptable Content Policy

To report content that breaches our Acceptable Content Policy:

  • For urgent cases involving Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), submit a report via our anonymous form for immediate action. Verified cases will result in removal and may be reported to authorities.
  • For other violations:

  • Contact the Client Site directly for faster resolution if possible.
  • Alternatively, file a DMCA Notice by emailing dmca@freeviewporn.com with:
    • Your full contact details and organization name (if applicable).
    • URLs or hyperlinks leading to the allegedly infringing content.
    • An explanation of why the content violates copyright laws.
    • Identification of the legitimate copyright holder(s) and your relationship to them.
    • A statement affirming your good faith belief that the use is unauthorized.
    • A declaration under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and authorized by the copyright owner.

We will disable access to infringing materials upon receipt of a valid DMCA Notice.

DMCA Counter-Notification Procedure
